Rizium™ Glass Fiber

from $99.00
Size:

Rizium™ Glass Fiber is an advanced engineering-grade filament designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. Through its Cyclic Olefin Coplymer blend with Glass Fiber, it provides high throughput, hassle free 3D printing creating parts that have stunning visual finish, close to isotropic properties, very low moisture absorption, excellent chemical resistances, and certified printing safety.

Key Benefits

• No drying required — ultra-low moisture absorption (<0.01%)

• Near-isotropic strength — excellent layer adhesion, strong in all directions

• Strong yet lightweight with a high strength-to-weight ratio

• High rigidity and dimensional stability (minimal elongation, low shrinkage)

• Outstanding surface finish — smooth, professional prints with minimal layer lines

• Reliable and easy to print — low warping, minimal stringing, forgiving process window

• High-speed printing — up to 250 mm/s and 30 mm³/s flow rate

• Chemical resistance — withstands acids, alcohols, and ketones

• Subzero stable — reliable and strong in cryogenic and refrigerated environments

• UV stability and low outgassing — ideal for cleanrooms, electronics, and outdoor enviroments

• Low VOC’s — safe for labs and indoor spaces

• Compatible with most modern FFF printers (requires hardened nozzle)
